As Senior Director of Organizational Culture and Strategy, Jenn champions Coopera's mission to drive financial success for a broad array of consumers. She leads staff trainings, facilitates strategy sessions, guides credit unions in innovating their products and services and consults with credit unions undergoing mergers and leadership transitions.
Prior to joining Coopera, Jennifer spent 17 years as a university professor teaching courses in anthropology, economics and linguistics. She has taught at North Carolina State University, Southwestern University, at Beloit College in southern Wisconsin. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Linguistics at the University of Southern California, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Jennifer is frequently invited to give public lectures and facilitate dialogues between various stakeholders for corporate and non-profit audiences.
