Dr. Brett Theodos directs the Local Growth and Finance Initiative at the Urban Institute. Dr. Theodos is a leading researcher in mission finance, place-based development, and small business outcomes. Dr. Theodos serves on the Board of the Housing Authority of Prince George’s County MD and the Center for Community Progress, and was a founding board member of the Douglass Community Land Trust.
