Rocio Flores, Ed.D currently serves as the Chief Social Impact Officer of the USC Credit Union, where she leads strategy and programming on social impact and community development initiatives. She is also the CEO of the USC Credit Union Community Foundation. Previous to joining the credit union, Rocio served as the Program Administrator for the University of Southern California, Office of Civic Engagement and Economic Partnerships. Dr. Flores has extensive experience in the non-profit, education and government sector, leading community engagement efforts, development and fundraising, strategy and partnerships.
Rocio believes that transformational change comes from a genuine commitment to forging trusting relationships with the community and developing strategic, collaborative and innovative partnerships. She is committed to fostering financial inclusion and economic equity in our local communities. Dr. Flores holds her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California; two bachelor degrees from the University of California Irvine in Psychology and Social Behavior and Criminology Law and Society, as well as her master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University Long Beach. Rocio is involved in several local community groups, boards and committees, with a focus on the Greater Los Angeles area, and currently resides in El Sereno with her husband and three young children.
