Brendon Kinney oversees all customer implementation and account management work for both the Pathways and TrustPlus financial coaching programs. In his nine years with the Neighborhood Trust, he has supported financial coaching implementation for partner organizations of all shapes and sizes - from local businesses with a handful of employees in NYC to financial institutions and corporations with a presence in virtually every state. He is keenly interested in understanding and overcoming the barriers which limit engagement with financial wellness programs, especially in a society where the vast majority of people experience some level of financial stress. Prior to joining Neighborhood Trust, Brendon spent several years working in the labor movement in Boston, where he developed his passion for leveraging relationships and community organizing as tools to advance social and economic justice.
