Wendy Soria is the CU Operations and Compliance Specialist at Inclusiv, with nearly 20 years of experience in the credit union sector. She specializes in forensic accounting, corporate reconciliation, internal controls, budgeting, and has extensive experience working with the NCUA on troubled credit unions.

Wendy began her career as a teller at St. Phillips FCU and developed a strong interest in the credit union world. She later joined Bethex FCU, where she quickly advanced to Accounting Manager, supporting the expansion of member services through strategic partnerships.

In the past five years, Wendy served as the Controller at LOMTO FCU and as the Accounting Supervisor at Teachers FCU in New York City. She was instrumental in managing the merger transition of LOMTO FCU to Teacher FCU, implementing various accounting functions, improving key accounting processes, and acted as liaison between these credit unions and regulatory auditors, successfully reducing audit findings.

At Inclusiv, Wendy leverages her extensive experience to support small credit unions with financial training, forensic accounting, supervisory audits, call report preparation, and assisting Supervisory Committees with their quarterly reports, and more.
