Javier is a native of Mexico and started his insurance career over 32 years ago with Chubb Insurance as a Director for Operations in Mexico City and later promoted to oversee operations for their Latin America business. His past positions include Vice-President of International Operations for Conseco, CUNA Mutual Group as a Vice-President for Latin America, providing benefits products and lending protection for the Credit Unions.
Javier holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and received his MBA from the University of Miami. He is also a founding member of NALCUP (National Association of Latino Credit Union Professionals)
