Chriselle is an advocate on behalf of credit unions to advance the financial stability of communities in New Mexico. She has spent the past 7 years in the credit union movement focusing on community development financial institutions and most recently working on behalf of credit unions in New Mexico at the legislature and in Washington D.C. She heavily draws on her Doctoral Degree in Counselor's Education from the University of New Mexico to ground herself in the "People Helping People" credit union mission. Her 10 years of experience in Higher Education prior, brings expertise in analytics, scaffolding resources, and community trust building.
