Nikki Ige is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in community development, financial services, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Community Impact Director at Kauai Federal Credit Union, Nikki is responsible for shaping and executing the Credit Union’s community impact strategy while overseeing their Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) programs.
Previously, she was the Executive Director of the Grove Farm Company Foundation, where she ran one of the largest scholarship programs in Hawaii and facilitated collaborations among local leaders to address community issues. Nikki’s background includes leadership roles in credit unions and consulting, with expertise in consumer and small business lending, risk management, financial analysis, and community-based program development. She is also an active volunteer, currently serving as a board member on the State of Hawaii Small Business Regulatory Review Board and the Kauai Chamber of Commerce, where she advocates for the growth of local businesses. She also serves as Treasurer for local non-profits – Kauai Pop Warner Football League and Hui Alu, Inc.
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Brigham Young University and is passionate about fitness, travel, and culinary adventures.
