Jean Carlos Rosario Mercado serves as a Juntos Avanzamos Program Officer at Inclusiv Network, providing comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to facilitate coordination across multiple departments. With over five years of leadership experience, Jean has implemented strategic business initiatives, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. He has a strong background in the cooperative movement, highlighted by establishing and leading the first student-managed cooperative at the University of Puerto Rico in 2014. Jean later served as a Project Manager at Fondo de Inversión y Desarrollo Cooperativo and as CEO of Cooperativa Agro-Comercial de Puerto Rico, overseeing financial, administrative, and operational responsibilities. Additionally, his recent role as a Digital Product Manager further broadened his expertise across tech-driven projects in healthcare, automotive, and government sectors.
