Leigh Phillips is the President & CEO of SaverLife, a national nonprofit helping low-to-moderate-income families build financial security through technology, data, and advocacy. Since joining in 2015, Leigh has led SaverLife’s transformation from a local service provider into a digital platform reaching over 650,000 members nationwide.

Previously, Leigh served as the founding Director of the San Francisco Office of Financial Empowerment, launching groundbreaking programs like Bank On San Francisco and Kindergarten to College. She co-founded the Cities for Financial Empowerment Coalition and currently serves on the Board of the CFE Fund.

Leigh chaired the CFPB Consumer Advisory Board (2021–2022) and has been featured in the New York Times, The Economist, Time, and on NPR and CNN. A native of the UK, she holds degrees from the University of Manchester and lives in the Washington, DC area with her husband and two daughters.
