Victoria Brown is Senior Director for Programs & Implementation with DAI’s Sustainable Business Group, leading the Mastercard Strive USA program. Strive USA provides resources to national and local organizations that work directly with small businesses to help them overcome the challenges of getting capital, going digital, and growing networks and know-how. Previously, she has led the development and implementation of programs in economic mobility including urban policy, neighborhood revitalization, economic development, housing, and housing finance.
Victoria Brown served the Biden-Harris Administration as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Her public service began as a Presidential Management Fellow at HUD and includes service in the Obama-Biden Administration’s White House Domestic Policy Council as Senior Advisor on economic mobility. Victoria has degrees from University of California, Berkeley, and Princeton University. She serves on the Advisory Committee for Princeton’s Effron Center for the Study of America.
