Manuel López España was born and raised in the province of Querétaro. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of La Salle in Mexico City and a postgraduate degree in Community Management from the University of Barcelona.

He began his professional career as a consultant in business management and industrial property. He is the author of the book "How to Develop Manuals and Quality Procedures for ISO-9000."
Subsequently, he ventured into the public service sector, serving in the Mexican consulates in Southern California and later as a representative of the State of Puebla in the United States. He assumed the positions of Community Development and Financial Well-being and was the Director of educational programs at the Consulate General of Mexico in Los Angeles.

Manuel joined the credit union movement in 2021 to promote financial inclusion. He currently works as a counselor at the credit union league Inclusiv. Manuel takes pride in being a member of the Social Impact team at Rize Credit Union, where he serves as a Hispanic Community Development Executive.

With 15 years of experience in community outreach and development, Manuel López España's mission is to help Hispanics achieve the dream of a better future for their families.
