This session explores how Inclusiv’s Small Business Capital Initiative equips credit unions to build, strengthen, and scale small business lending programs across the entire lifecycle of their goals, from training and technical assistance to loan participations, secondary market strategies, and long-term portfolio growth. Participants will hear directly from credit unions who have participated in the SBCI on how these offerings accelerated program development, supported with identifying operational efficiencies, and increased lending. The session will culminate with a deep dive into the Inclusiv Business Forward model, which integrates training, capital access, ecosystem partnerships, and loan participation to strengthen small business lending capacity, while highlighting Inclusiv’s role as a facilitator and intermediary loan fund across New York State
