Rosa Franco is the Vice President of Lending at Inclusiv, where she leads high-impact lending strategies to expand access to capital for underserved communities. With extensive experience in economic development and inclusive finance across the United States and her native Peru, she brings a strong cross-sector perspective to her work. Rosa previously spent 15 years at Neighborhood Trust Federal Credit Union, where she expanded small business support and helped launch inclusive mortgage products, including for undocumented immigrants. She began her career in Peru in microfinance and economic development before moving to New York in 2007. She serves as a Board member of two credit unions and a loan fund, and is an active member of the National Association of Latino Credit Unions & Professionals. Rosa holds degrees in Agricultural Engineering and Agribusiness, and an MPA from Baruch College. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
