Annie Fallows is an Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Offi cer at Capital One Auto where she leads the company’s Navigator Platform and helps shape Capital One Auto’s strategy through customer-first and data-driven innovation. She brings together cross-functional teams that help deliver a frictionless car buying experience for millions of consumers and thousands of dealers. Annie is accountable for a broad and diverse associate population across Customer Service, Fraud Risk, Business Analysis, Data Science and Engineering, Soft ware Engineering, Product Development and Project Management. Her leadership is known for blending analytical rigor with thoughtful design and responsible AI to remove friction and elevate outcomes across the auto ecosystem. Annie’s career spans roles in Capital One Auto Marketing and Analytics, Business Analysis and Auto Refi nance, giving her deep perspective on the end-to-end customer journey. She now is the Head of Navigator Platform. Annie holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a M.A in International Policy Studies from Stanford University, where she simultaneously completed her undergraduate B.A.
