Jonathan Encarnación is the Senior Vice President, Chief Retail Officer for the Finanta Credit Union. He has over 30 years of experience in finance, healthcare, and non-profit management. Prior to joining the Finanta team, Jonathan was the Senior Director of the UPMC Health Plan where he managed and monitored all aspects of the Medical Assistance product line. He is also a former CEO, Executive Director of the Hispanic Center of Reading and Berks County, PA, and was a Commercial Lender for Wells Fargo.
Jonathan’s gubernatorial appointments include PA Commission on Latino Affairs, Wernersville State Hospital, PA Commission on Crime & Delinquency, Sunset Task Force, Advisory Council on Drugs & Alcohol Abuse and Managed Care Delivery System Subcommittee.
