Francisca Fabian is the Chief Lending Officer at the Lower East Side People’s Federal Credit Union (LESPFCU). She has dedicated more than 25 years to the credit union—primarily in lending—after joining the organization in 1998 through the VISTA Volunteer program sponsored by the Credit Union Development Cooperative (CDCU), now Inclusiv. Over the course of her career, she has helped expand access to responsible credit and takes pride in supporting members as they build stability and move toward stronger financial futures.
