Olivia Pearson (she/her/hers) is a social justice advocate who has over ten years of experience working for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Her background is in organizing events and developing programs to increase access to education, food, financial services, and the arts for underserved communities. Olivia currently serves as a Member Experience and Relations Program Officer with Inclusiv. Olivia received a Bachelor's in English and Comparative Women's Studies from Spelman College and a Master's in African American and African Diaspora Studies from Columbia University. She currently lives in Harlem.
