Keyshla Molina Zayas is a Senior Program Officer at Inclusiv Puerto Rico and USVI Network, where she supports the operational implementation of the organization’s vision, goals, and strategy in Puerto Rico. In this role, she facilitates the execution of organizational priorities and the strategic plan across all Puerto Rico Network operations, working closely with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment with Inclusiv’s core pillars. Ms. Molina has over 10 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on organizational development, education, and institutional strengthening. Prior to her current role, she served as Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Cooperative Executives Association, where she spent seven years in various leadership roles, overseeing the design and implementation of continuing education programs for professionals in Puerto Rico’s credit union sector. Ms. Molina Zayas holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
