Ivan Dominguez is the Director of Small Business Lending at Unitus, where he leads the growth and development of the credit union’s small business lending portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in banking and lending and a focus in the credit union space since 2016, Ivan brings deep expertise and a strong commitment to empowering small business owners. He holds the Credit Union Business Lending Professional (CUBLP) designation from America’s Credit Unions and is fluent in English and Spanish. Born in Mexico and raised in the United States, Ivan understands the challenges faced by minority and underserved communities and works closely with community members and organizations to expand access to capital. Ivan believes entrepreneurship is key to financial stability and generational wealth. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and experimenting with new recipes.
