Nicole serves as the Executive Director at the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber leading the economic advancement, wealth creation, and equity for Latinos in Oregon and SW Washington. Nicole values entrepreneurship, rooted in her family’s small business experience, fostering her dedication to community empowerment. As a first-generation Latina, she champions education’s transformative power and has led diverse roles in nonprofits, focusing on economic programs, financial wellness initiatives, and educational development. Born in Mexico City and raised in the small border town of Nogales, Arizona, Nicole is a first-generation Latina who graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.A. in International Affairs. Nicole also serves as Board Chair at Unitus Community Credit Union and is a board member of the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington. She is a passionate advocate for closing the wealth gap and building pathways for communities to thrive.
