Francis Janes is the Senior Industry Relations and Partnerships Director for Beneficial State Foundation. He works in collaboration with state, regional, and national financial industry trade associations to deliver presentations and workshops that help institutions accelerate their investments in Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG practices. With a certification in sustainability management and a background in DEI advocacy, he is passionate about creating a more sustainable and inclusive future. Francis has worked in various management roles in the financial services sector including five years at Beneficial State Bank and two years at Global Credit Union.
