Judy DeLucca is the Chief Executive Officer of New Orleans Firemen’s Federal Credit Union (NOFFCU), a position she has held since the early 1980s. Under her leadership, NOFFCU has grown from $3 million in assets to more than $275 million, serving over 29,000 members across Southeast Louisiana and Southern Mississippi. A passionate advocate for financial inclusion, Judy has spent five decades advancing the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People”, with a focus on empowering individuals and strengthening communities.

Throughout her career, Judy has spearheaded innovative programs to combat predatory lending and promote financial wellness. She led the creation of NOFFCU’s Financial Inclusion Department and co-founded The Faith Fund, a nonprofit partnership that helps families avoid financial pitfalls and achieve stability. Judy’s commitment to member service extends to her team—over half of NOFFCU’s staff are now Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors under her guidance.
