Peter Lewandowski is the Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity of Wisconsin, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in affordable housing, program development, organizational strategy, and fundraising.

Throughout his career, Peter has led initiatives that strengthen housing stability, expand access to resources, and build strategic partnerships across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining Habitat for Humanity, he served as Director of a transitional housing program with St. Vincent de Paul, where he worked extensively with federal and state housing programs through the HUD Continuum of Care. He has also advised nonprofit organizations on governance, organizational effectiveness, and fundraising strategy.

Peter is committed to advancing innovative, sustainable approaches to affordable homeownership and strengthening the capacity of organizations to create lasting community impact.

A proud Badger, Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
