Rising costs, housing affordability, and changing community needs have created significant challenges across the Midwest, but they also represent opportunities for credit unions to support their members, strengthen their communities, and grow their impact.

Join us for two days of workshops, engaging discussions, and regional collaboration focused on expanding homeownership, building household wealth, and helping communities thrive for generations to come.

Together, we will explore the evolving housing landscape, emerging market opportunities, and innovative strategies that credit unions can implement that support long-term economic mobility, resilience, and community well-being.

Participants will gain practical insights and actionable strategies tailored to the unique opportunities and challenges facing communities across the Midwest.
