Jamie Lutton is the Manager of Community Outreach & Engagement at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. In this role, Ms. Lutton works to deliver on the Bank’s mission to support members in their community investment activities, understand the affordable housing and economic development issues facing the Bank’s district of Wisconsin and Illinois, and expand awareness of the Bank’s community investment programs. Prior to joining FHLBank Chicago, Ms. Lutton worked for Capital One’s Community Impact & Investment team where she oversaw CRA grantmaking for the Central Region.
