MDI and Cooperativa Summit
Resiliency in Motion: Navigating Challenges While Staying True to Your Mission
This two-part panel discussion will explore how credit unions and cooperatives are rising to meet ongoing challenges while remaining steadfast in their core mission. Centered around the overarching theme Resiliency in Motion, the session will emphasize the importance of remaining diligent in our purpose, adaptive to change, and consistent in our commitment to the communities we serve.
In the first panel, you'll hear directly from credit union and cooperative leaders as they share strategies to maneuver difficulties while remaining true to the mission and communities they serve. Through their inspiring examples, attendees will examine how to turn challenges into opportunities for growth and continue to address community needs and expand impact.
The second panel will include regulatory experts discussing the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Minority Depository Institutions (MDIs). Topics will include compliance strategies, risk management, and how MDIs can leverage regulatory resources to foster growth and resiliency in the current climate. This discussion will highlight how MDIs have effectively partnered with regulators to achieve sustainable, mission-aligned impact in their communities.
Attendees will leave with practical insights for navigating the evolving regulatory environment while maintaining their mission-driven focus on lasting community impact.
